What do I need do?

• New enrolments will also need to complete the full enrolment form
• Ensure your fees are up to date
• Go to the parent App 
• Choose your desired bookings- available spots will be confirmed immediately!

What do I need to send each day?

• Broad brimmed hat
• Change of clothes in case we get wet/muddy etc.
• Bathers, rashie, towel and a change of clothes for water play and pool days
• Drinks to last the day
• Lunch (unless provided with the activity), Morning tea/afternoon tea
• Socks for Bowling Days
• Grip socks for Super Performance Centre Days

Vacation Care Reminders

• All fees must be up to date prior to enrolling in vacation care programs
• Cancellations or absences with less than one week’s notice will incur normal fees
• Sick children are to stay home and children who display any sign of illness will be sent home immediately
• Bookings are issued on a ‘first in first served basis’
• Activities that require a start time, start at 9:30am unless otherwise stated
• All belongings must be named – Lost items are your child’s responsibility
• Please do not send Trading Cards, Electronic devices or any other personal items which can cause conflict
• Activity expenses will be charged extra to fees as indicated on the program 
• Educators will supervise at ratios of 1:15 or less depending on risk assessments
• Non-Attendance on your last booked day will result in Centrelink withdrawing your childcare subsidy and full fees being owed, dated back to your last attendance
• Centrelink info: all vacation care bookings are casual, completing this form is your complying written agreement, and all bookings are 11.5 hour days (unless shorter day is required due to exceeding allowable hours)
• Office hours are 8am-1pm, emails will be responded to as soon as possible
• If you are on the waiting list for a day we will make every attempt to contact you and then we will go on to the next person on the list- Please ensure you respond quickly to our attempts to make contact! 

Young Discoverers is committed to Quality Improvement.  To view our Quality Improvement Plans, please see the Centre Director/Co-Ordinator.  Also, we are committed to ensuring the safety of your children.  All activities that carry risk will have a Risk Assessment prepared by our Educators.  These are also available for your perusal at any time.  Please just chat with the Centre Director/Co-Ordinator to view.

Shorter days are available as needed but must be initiated by the parent or guardian.

The centre fee does not change for a shorter day but your Centrelink benefits may.
