Excursion Routes

Transport Information
We will be using the Emmanuel College Busses for older children and the Young Discoverers Mini Busses for children on booster seats (under 7 years).
Children under 7 years may be placed on an Emmanuel Bus without a Booster seat, we will communicate this individually as required to ensure consent.
We cater for 20 children under 7 years and 40 children over 7 years on each trip, totalling no more than 60 children.
Our excursion Ratio is 1:8, if we have 60 children we will have 8 Educators.

Bus capacity, not including Driver
Young Discoverers mini busses: 11 passengers, 10 booster seats each (YD Driver and supervisor on each Bus)  Max 10 children x 2
Emmanuel Bus One: 24 Passengers, no booster seats required (EC Driver + Up to 2 YD Educators on board)   Max 22 children
Emmanuel Bus Two: 20 Passengers, no booster seats required (EC Driver + Up to 2 YD Educators on board)   Max 18 children
