Many parents struggle with managing children’s screen use. Healthy Habits Triple P is a version of the successful Triple P – Positive Parenting Program. It offers practical ideas and support to help parents develop healthy habits with young children by managing their own and their child’s screen use, preventing and managing difficult child behaviours (e.g., whining, tantrums, demanding screens), and developing healthy screen use behaviours.
Over the next 8 weeks, parents of children aged 9 months to 4 years can access Healthy Habits Triple P free of charge as part of a research project through Griffith University and The University of Queensland. If you take part, you will be asked to complete three online surveys over a 3-month period. You will also receive access to the online program, either straight away or after 3 months. Parents who complete all three surveys will go into a draw to win one of three $50 Coles-Myer gift vouchers. This research project has received approval from the Griffith University and University of Queensland Human Research Ethics Committees (GU ref no: 2022/758; UQ ref no: 2022/HE002114).
